Jeremy White's practice covers advice and litigation in both civil and criminal matters regarding international trade and Customs & Excise law. He specializes in trade barriers and trade facilitation, especially when involving technical tariff classification. He has been instructed to represent clients in disputes with the Customs Authorities of Belgium, Cameroon, Ireland, India, Kenya, Korea, Thailand, Turkey and the UK. He is retained by the Bermuda Government to advise on Customs matters and has been instrumental in the drafting of their legislation.
