James Henderson advises on all the major UK taxes. His work covers corporate tax, VAT and private client taxation as well as customs duties and insurance premium tax. He presents cases in the tax tribunals and regularly appears in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court both as a junior and in his own right. He has also appeared in the European Court of Justice. James undertakes professional negligence work involving a tax aspect.

James' recent work has included preparation for a major transfer pricing case, instructed by AztraZeneca. He is also currently instructed in the VAT compound interest project.
