Sadiya practices in all areas of direct and indirect tax law. She has a particular interest in excise and customs duties and employment law related personal and corporate tax issues. In 2006, she spent several months working at HMRC’s offices in relation to a transfer pricing dispute with a large multinational and has since been instructed by them on other transfer pricing cases. In 2007, she spent six months on a secondment to the corporate tax department of a major City law firm. She has appeared by herself and as a junior in a number of cases in the specialist tax tribunals and the higher courts. She is happy to accept instructions under the Special Advocacy Scheme, the Joint Advisory Scheme and Public Access .
