James practises in all areas of tax law and is happy to accept instructions under the Joint Advisory Scheme and Special Advocacy Scheme .
James became a tenant in April 2006, following a commercial pupillage at Essex Court Chambers and tax pupillages here and at Gray's Inn Tax Chambers. In late 2006 he spent a period on secondment to the tax department of a major City law firm.
