Adrian specialises in all tax matters including dispute resolution and litigation, particularly corporate matters such as reorganisations, financings, share sale and purchases, take-overs, trust matters, land development and indirect taxation. He has developed a leading profile in the taxation of intellectual property and in that regard he has recently advised a number of high profile individuals in relation to the taxation of income derived from image rights.
