This year’s event will once again be held at Latimer Estate, a professionally run Conference centre set in 30 acres of beautiful Buckinghamshire parkland with sweeping views of Chess Valley. All accommodation is on-site and of excellent quality following a £7m refurbishment. There is also a swimming pool and gymnasium available to delegates.

We are pleased to offer an early bird price of £1,100 plus VAT (£1,320) if you book by Friday 29 September 2017, thereafter the price will be £1,200 plus VAT (£1,440) per delegate.
We are only able to offer full residential places at the Conference and places are reserved on a first come first served basis.

The price includes 2 nights (Thursday/ Friday) full board accommodation, Thursday evening entertainment and a black tie gala dinner on the Friday evening.
If you would like to stay at the hotel on the night before the conference starts, you can take advantage of a heavily subsidised rate of £80 plus VAT (£96) for a room (B&B) and £25 plus VAT (£30) for a buffet supper.
A refund will only be made for cancellations received in writing at least 14 days prior to the event (less a 25% administration charge). No refunds will be made for cancellations received within 14 days of the start of the event.
