Chambers undertook a workplace monitoring survey in accordance with the Bar Standards Board Code of Conduct in Spring 2024 to collect equality and diversity data. The survey was sent to 45 members and staff and 31 responses were received (ie 69%). The survey was voluntary, as was each question so that the responses to individual questions do not necessarily total 100% of those who responded to the survey. The results below also exclude those respondents who did not consent to the publication and processing of their data (in general or where there were fewer than 10 individuals identified against a characteristic).
