Pump Court Tax Chambers is pleased to announce a new series of evening seminars for 2019, in association with Practical Law Tax.
Andrew Hitchmough QC and Barbara Belgrano will be speaking at this Seminar. Topics will cover:
· Active v Passive Hold Cos
· Subs v Branches
· Consequences of grouping
· The intention to make supplies
· Principles emerging from recent cases: Morgan Stanley, VWFS, and Cambridge University
All the seminars will start at 6.15pm and will be held in our seminar room at 15/17 Jockey’s Fields, London WC1R 4QR.
After the presentation there will be time for questions from the floor. The formal part will last around one hour and will be followed by drinks, canapés and an opportunity to talk to the speakers, other Members of Chambers and guests.
Places are limited and will be issued on a first come, first served basis.
Tickets are £75.00 + VAT.
