Pump Court Tax Chambers is pleased to announce a new series of evening seminars for 2019, in association with Practical Law Tax.

Roger Thomas QC and Laura Poots will be speaking at this Seminar. Topics will cover:

·         Judicial attitudes towards taxpayers

·         HMRC approach to litigation – APNs and FNs

·         Group litigation and case management

·         Alternatives to traditional statutory appeals

·         Challenging procedural issues: enquiries, discoveries and staleness

·         Challenging the exercise of HMRC’s discretion

·         Non-appealable matters

·         Where now with Europe?

All the seminars will start at 6.15pm and will be held in our seminar room at 15/17 Jockey’s Fields, London WC1R 4QR.

After the presentation there will be time for questions from the floor. The formal part will last around one hour and will be followed by drinks, canapés and an opportunity to talk to the speakers, other Members of Chambers and guests.

Places are limited and will be issued on a first come, first served basis.

Tickets are £75.00 + VAT.
