James Henderson appointed to Attorney General's 'B' Panel

James’ appointment to the Attorney General’s B panel (or Treasury Panel) is a 5 year appointment commencing 1st March 2012.

Appointments to the panel are made once a year. Candidates must display diversity in their practice and be able to produce outstanding references from a range of clients, peers and the Judiciary relating to both their advisory and advocacy experience.

The appointment allows James to act for Government departments, in parallel to maintaining his private practice.

Chambers now has seven counsel on the panels.
