Supreme Court Judgment in "Rangers" tax case
The Supreme Court has handed down Judgment in RFC 2012 Plc (in liquidation) (formerly The Rangers Football Club Plc) (Appellant) v Advocate General for Scotland (Respondent) (Scotland).
The Appellants were represented by Andrew Thornhill QC and Jonathan Bremner (of Pump Court Tax Chambers) along with Roddy Dunlop QC and Mark Studer.
The Respondents were represented by Julian Ghosh QC, Mark Herbert QC and Barbara Belgrano (all of Pump Court Tax Chambers) with the assistance of Joseph Goldsmith.
