PCTC appears in "The Lawyer" Top 20 Cases for 2012
In its recent article, “Top 20 cases 2012”, The Lawyer magazine identifies two tax cases, in both of which Members of Pump Court Tax Chambers are lead advocates. The list, which is compiled anually, predicts the most significant cases for the coming year from all areas of litigation.
The FII GLO, which will be heard at the Supreme Court in February, sees Graham Aaronson QC acting for the taxpayers, against David Ewart QC and Rupert Baldry QC for HMRC.
The second case Loyalty Management UK is listed in October, again at the Supreme Court. David Milne QC acting for the taxpayers.
