Ten Old Square/PCTC webinar on 27th November 2025 postponed!

We saw a fantastic level of interest in this joint seminar between Pump Court Tax and Ten Old Square: however, the changes to LLP taxation that had been trailed did not materialise in the Budget.

There is still a great deal to talk about in terms of LLP taxation: there have been big developments in the courts in terms of mixed membership taxation, salaried members, miscellaneous income and the taxation of groups.  However, we are waiting for decisions from the Supreme Court in HFFX and the Upper Tribunal in Boston Consulting that may significantly affect these issues.

Contrary to some pre-Budget fears, the LLP remains a very attractive choice for business and corporate structures, and the related tax questions are now more important than ever.

We have therefore decided to postpone this talk to the New Year and offer you then a ‘deep dive’ into these important LLP tax issues with many of the counsel team involved in these key cases. We will be in touch to confirm the date soon.
