FTT Decision: Hannover Leasing v HMRC
The First-tier Tribunal released its Decision in (1) Hannover Leasing Wachstumswerte Europa Beteiligungsgesellschaft MBH; (2) Hannover Leasing Wachstumswerte Europa VI GMBH & Co. KG v The Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
