UT Decision: Irish Bank & Irish Nationwide V HMRC

The Upper Tier Tribunal released its Decision in (1) Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited (in special liquidation) (2) Irish Nationwide Building Society v The Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
