Rivett and Yates appointed Junior Counsel to the Crown

We are delighted to announce two appointments to The Attorney General’s panel of counsel this year.

The appointment of James Rivett and David Yates to the “C” panel will facilitate their ability to act on behalf of Government departments, including HMRC, although they will continue to act predominantly for the taxpayer.
