Richard Vallat KC will be chairing a discussion with Ronan Magee, Stacey Cranmore and Tom Williamson looking at some recent cases affect private client tax.
They will covering topics such as:
- home loan schemes
- the statutory residence test
- normal expenditure out of income
- what happens when a taxpayer is careless
We will be at a new venue – the Ashworth Centre in Lincoln’s Inn.
